Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Pulse Development collects when you use this site, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Discord account details when you log in: your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar and, if Discord has verified it, your email address. We never see your Discord password.
- Purchase records: what you bought, when, the amount, and the order status. Stripe processes your payment; we store only the card brand, the last four digits and a link to your Stripe receipt.
- License data: the server IP you register, your license keys, and a log of license checks from your server (time, server IP and result).
- Support messages: what you type into the support chat and any tickets you send.
- Basic technical data: IP addresses in server logs and rate-limit records, used for security.
How we use it
- To log you in, deliver your purchases and run the license system.
- To show your order history and receipts in the Customer Portal.
- To answer support requests and prevent fraud, abuse and license sharing.
- To give buyers a customer role in our Discord server, where enabled.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments and refunds.
- Discord, for login and, where enabled, customer roles and support notifications to our staff.
- An AI provider, only if AI-assisted support is turned on: your support chat messages may be sent to it to generate a reply.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in, and a short-lived cookie during Discord login. Your browser also stores your cart and support chat for your current visit. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe's payment form may set its own cookies for fraud prevention.
How long we keep it
- License check logs: 90 days.
- Purchase and license records: as long as you have an account, and longer where needed for tax, accounting or dispute purposes.
- Support tickets: until they're no longer needed to help you.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account through the support chat or our Discord. Deleting your account removes access to your licenses. Some purchase records may be kept where the law requires it. You can also remove this site's access in Discord under Settings → Authorized Apps.
Security
We use HTTPS, signed login sessions and restricted staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your license keys and Discord account safe.
Children
This site isn't directed at children. You must meet Discord's minimum age in your country to use it.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes.
