Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Pulse Development website and any scripts you buy from us. By logging in or making a purchase, you agree to them.
1. Your account
- You log in with Discord. Your purchases and licenses are tied to that Discord account.
- You're responsible for keeping your Discord account and license keys secure.
- You must be old enough to use Discord in your country to use this site.
2. Licenses
- Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to run that script on one FiveM server at a time, tied to the server IP you register in the Customer Portal.
- You may not resell, share, leak, redistribute, sublicense or publicly upload any script, in whole or in part, or attempt to remove or bypass its license check or escrow protection.
- Licenses can't be transferred to another Discord account without our written approval.
- You may change your license's server IP through the Customer Portal within the limits shown there.
- We may revoke a license that is used in breach of these terms, without a refund.
3. Payments
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
- You'll receive access in your Customer Portal as soon as payment is confirmed.
4. Refunds
- Because scripts are digital goods delivered instantly, sales are final once a license key has been generated or a file has been downloaded.
- Licenses that have not been activated or downloaded may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact support to request one.
- Refunded, charged-back or disputed purchases are deactivated automatically.
5. Updates and support
- We aim to provide updates and support for scripts we sell, but we don't guarantee any specific update, feature or response time.
- Support is provided through the site's support chat and our Discord.
- The automated support assistant can make mistakes. Confirm anything important with our team.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the site or scripts to break the law, Cfx.re's or Rockstar Games' terms, or to attack, overload or reverse engineer our services, license system or other customers' servers.
7. No warranty
Scripts are provided "as is". We don't guarantee they'll work with every server setup, framework version or third-party resource. Test on a development server before using them live.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a script is limited to the amount you paid for that script.
9. Third parties
Pulse Development is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. FiveM is a trademark of its respective owner.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
